That looked like Simon playing those demos. Pretty good. :)
He's a good drummer and very good also at presenting Yamaha wares.
Take care

Really like the Jazz kit, but not the others. The rock kit might be good with a different kick.

I agree with the kick on the rock kit. And I thought the hhat sounded a little weird...however, we need to keep in mind that these are compressed "made for YouTube" videos, so there are going to be some frequencies that just can't be reproduced and some artifacts of compression...which could be the reason that the kick and the hhat didn't sound so great.

Drum & Bass...I guess it sounds okay if you're into that stuff. I've never really liked that type of stuff so it did nothing for me. Good to see the looping capabilities demonstrated though.

Good drumming, but didn't care for any of them personally. Aren't opinions fun?

Indeed.

I think all e-drums are really starting to come into their own...it won't be too long, 'till they are capable of sounding indistinguishable from real...maybe 3-5 years?

interesting... IMO, I didn't like any of the sounds. The kick on the Rock seemed too boomy. Cymbals were all messed up... That had to be from compression. My guess is they recorded it compressed. My videos don't sound like that.

I did like the snare rim on Jazz. (can't be all negative. lol)

Still... thanks for posting. :)
