Any Favorite tom or snare combos

Hey Guys, I was wondering if you guys had any favorite snare or tom combinations. I want to try some out to make a new great sounding kit on the Xtreme2s and thought it might be nice to try something new.

Hi Tom.
I guess it all depends on the sound your looking for.
You can start a User kit by using some of the preset kits as a base and edit them from there.
The Maple (P2) and Beech (P4) kits are not bad sounding, I have one I like called XtNtrl (P5) is a serious rock in your face kit.
Is there a way of attaching files to this forum?
I have this sample you just gotta have, you could probably wow a few folks at the FutureDrums show with it.

Hey Jack, Thanks, I like the maple p2 kit also. I think we can zip the files right here. Atleast I think we can?? I am busy also trying to get those 6" & 8" maple tom samples for Dad at DTXperience. I am going to use them with the Maple kit also. So many things to do there just arent enough hours in the day.

I am going to try the Beech kit tonight when I get home, sounds interesting. I want to sample in some of the DTX4's sounds to use as kits. Maybe I will get one of those for that purpose. I like some of the sounds off that module also. Thanks again. T :)
